2.0Do not book a holiday at this holiday park. We stayed at Pelham Court and the lodge was absolutely filthy. I expected basic accommodation but not this. The bedroom walls had black mold on them, the duvets were stained, we had bites on our bodies either from bedbugs or fleas. The sofa was stinking, it smelled like wet dog. There were creatures under the cushions along with dog hair, it was filthy, we sat at the table. I have never stayed in filth like this. I had to clean the kitchen and bathroom as soon as we arrived. We just showered and slept there, we went out all day. I wish I had checked the reviews first because they were all bad. It was such a let down. They need to employ cleaners who actually clean or retrain their present staff.

− The bed mattresses need to be replaced ASAP, too soft spring type. And there's no towel change during the 3 nights we spent there.
