I need my money back
2.0This was a horrible experience. I went to the hotel and they said the hotel is full, no room for you. I have informed them that I have already pre paid my stay through hotels.com!! They said we haven’t accepted your booking, but in the same time hotels.com are telling me that the booking is confirmed!! I need my money back!!
