4.0Dès notre arrivée à la réception, le personnel peu souriant nous a interpellé. Nous avons clairement connu mieux comme accueil en Tunisie (ou ailleurs). Déception en découvrant notre chambre qui n'était pas un bungalow mais une résidence de 2 étages avec 10 chambres par palier collées les unes aux autres. Pour le côté village paisible mis en avant sur les photos, c'est loupé. Les chambres famille ne seraient situées qu'à cet endroit. Cette information nous aurait été très utile avant de réserver ! Enfin du positif avec l'aquapark, le baby aqua, la rivière et la piscine principale. Les bars à pâtes, burgers et glace sont très appréciables. Le restaurant principal est bruyant mais trop compliqué d'obtenir une table à l'extérieur certains soirs. Les tables et les sets ne sont pas nettoyés après chaque changement de personnes, un coup de chiffon vite fait. Donc côté propreté pas terrible mais je n'accable pas le personnel de salle. Ils sont en sous effectif avec le nombre de vacanciers présents c'est indéniable. Le coup de massue final est arrivé avec le non nettoyage de notre chambre 3 jours consécutifs (apparemment faut donner des pourboires pour que le travail soit fait, perso je préfère donner quand c'est bien fait) et les mensonges répétés du personnel de réception. Merci à Salah (directeur de l'hébergement) et Sihem (relation client) pour avoir essayé de transformer nos derniers jours en ce qu'ils auraient dû être dès le départ mais la déception était déjà trop profonde.
