Péssima experiência.

− O chuveiro estava extremamente quente de queimar a pele. O quarto ficou inteiro úmido por conta do vapor que saía da água fervente. Não tivemos manutenção imediata. Trocaram para um quarto pior. Isso tudo foi de madrugada. No outro dia, pedi para fazer checkout mais tarde, por conta do ocorrido, mas nao permitiram no horário que propus. Não tinha cabides na armário e o atendimento por WhatsApp foi péssimo nas duas situações. Precisam ser mais cordiais e respeitosos. Me senti uma intrusa reconsiderando o valor da acomodação, todas essas situações são inadmissíveis. Já fiquei em hospedagens mais barata e não tive nenhum problema como esses. Péssima experiência.
