Overall a nice house at a good location. Nice layout and plenty of space. All household items we needed were available.

− - There were two parking spaces advertised, both were so overgrown with tall, thick weeds that you can't even get to the one in the back if you don't have an SUV. Due to the fire risk, we had to pour buckets of water before parking every time. The lawn looked freshly mowed, why not mow the parking spaces at the same time? - The recycling bin was completely full. - Considering the long list of rules they send you, we expected the place to be in better shape. The carpets and couch need a deep cleaning. - The beds had the warmest winter duvets we have ever experienced, which is not very comfortable in the middle of summer. Could really use different sets of duvets for different seasons.

Ideal location, suits the need of a large family. Great bathrooms

− Oven too small for 10 people. Saucepans/frying pans in poor condition. Parking area very overgrown and had to be careful with cars and people getting scratched. Kitchen bins too small. Outside bins both half full on arrival. Was difficult to add our rubbish/recycling.

Self catering equipment was very good. Would have put the wheelie bins out but couldn't recover them, so had to leave them.

− It was difficult to park in the road but managed to get all 3 cars in the drive up to the garage as advised. There was a problem with the lowest stair spindle which was broken and put back in place. It was only discovered by by the children holding onto it as they couldn't reach the handrail. Was put back in place but needs fixing. A fuller explanation of the smart TV operation may have helped for those not use to this set up. Grandchildren loved Netflix.
