2.0When we attempted to check into the Royal Mansion Hotel, the manager said he had moved us to a branch facility, the DE Shalimar Hotel. This hotel was very dirty. We had to change rooms because the first one was full of mold on the walls. The second room was dirty, even the bedsheets were soiled. The room was extremely noisy, and the food was terrible. We pre-paid three times more per night for the Royal Mansion than the DE Shalimar charged. I demanded a full refund, but the Royal Mansion refused to give any refund. The hotel is a scam.

6.0It was a very good experience while staying here with my family. Service is good The staff is very cooperative, friendly but not very professional, space for improvement here. Food is ok Basic breakfast included Car parking is available, whereas the location is compromised. Charges are quite economical

8.0(+) One of the nicest place to stay in multan. The hotel offers good value for money. All major places of the city are easily accessible. The property is new and gives a fresh look. The staff are super helpful and polite. Rooms & the bathrooms were spacious and clean (-) Bedding could’ve been a bit better. Improve your breakfast taste & selection. Providing some amenities like comb or toothpaste could go a long way. Tips for improvement: Put a light on the name board located on the street so people could spot the property easily.
