10.0Checking in was very straight forward. The staff are friendly and helpful. The train station is very close by and a ton of shopping and food places are as well. Great hotel and the room was amazing. The breakfast had a huge variety and worth the money. I look forward to staying here again, when I come to Sapporo. 😊👍👍
