10.0As this is my first ryokan experience, I was very impressed and satisfied with the overall experience. The outdoor private onsen was great. The highlight was the level of service provided by the staff. They were very helpful and ensured our meal adhered to our dietary needs. Would visit again.

10.0とても清潔で建物自体とても綺麗です。 スタッフの方々も温かく、気遣いも笑顔も最高でした。 温泉ももちろん気持ちよく、いつでも好きなタイミングで入れることが嬉しいところです。
露天風呂は最高でした
8.0高級感がありおもてなしは素晴らしいです。部屋と露天風呂は申し分なく、清潔感もありお洒落で良かったです。 スリッパ無しで歩く館内は畳が気持ちよく、とにかく内装が素敵で非日常を味わえます。 大浴場も空いていて貸切状態。高級感がありゆっくりと楽しめました。人とすれ違う事も無くプライベートが空間は保たれています。 ただお食事が期待していただけに残念でした。 特に夕食は普通です。お洒落感は無かったです あと高級ホテルなのに、木のテーブルにビニールのマットをかけているのがとても気になりました。
