Peaceful location, with a great terrace and swimming pool.
9.0We loved the location - the house is up above the village, overlooking the beautiful casket. It was peaceful and quiet. The hosts were so friendly and generous, and obviously take a great deal of care over the property.
− It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom.
Heaven on earth - if you don't have bad legs.
9.0Villa Mario was amazing! The host was super, he didn't speak English but that wasn't a problem. There are no problems when there is will. It's a heaven on earth. You definitely need a car and a bit of dare devil to drive there if your not used to it. We weren't, but it was doable and people are super nice. We, 6 adults and 2 kids, had the best ever time and want to go there again as it's heaven on Earth. It's not good for people for bad legs but we came to celebrate our moms 70th birthday - and she was fine. The different levels actually made it easier to get "your own space". Which is needed on family trips. Amazing place with superb hosts. But it's not super accessible - and you should not expect it. Expect happiness and peace and quiet. And amazement. 🩷
