The beach which i can find in anyother hotel was the best

− 1-valet parking: i had to wait from 15 to 30 min to get my car! 2-for moving from tower 1 to 6 with the golf car we had to wait the golf car minimum 10 min which was better to walk in the heat to save time! 3- we ordered an extra bed 14:00 during checking in and got it 20:30!!! I payed alot of money and literally got nothing!! Very poor quality of service for what i payed!! Never again!

Facilities , the beach and pools were great

− They don’t vacuum the rooms , cleaning was bad and the room was full of dust.

The location is amazing and the facility is fascinating. Breakfast buffet is v. good & various. Staff is amazing specially Moheb from the Guest Relations team.

− Most of guests specially the Russians go to the beach at 6 AM and book a lot of chairs and chezlongues for the whole day though they are not even on the beach, on the pool or doing anything else. I witnessed this a lot though the guide book clearly mentions no booking on the beach and unattended things will be removed after 2 hours, yet this never takes place leaving no opportunity for a lot of other guests to enjoy the beach.

− صيانه الحمام اكثر من مرة تم الاتصال لاجراء الصيانة بطاقة الغرفة في كل دخول للغرفة نحتاج إلى اعادة تفعيلها مما يضطرنا للصعود والنزول تكثر من مرة يوميا المنتجع لاحظت فيه اختلاف عن السنة الماضية من ناحية النظافة والصيانة

- We received a complimentary room upgrade at check-in, which was a nice gesture and very much appreciated. - The hotel building is impressive and has a modern architectural style that reminded me of Singapore. - The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and finished to a high standard. Housekeeping was excellent and consistent every day. - The beach is beautiful, with soft sand and exceptionally warm, crystal-clear water. There are waves, which we actually enjoyed as they made swimming more fun. - The outdoor specialty restaurants are attractive and offer a pleasant dining atmosphere. - There is an evening entertainment area with daily shows. The performances are decent, although nothing particularly memorable.

− Our arrival experience was disappointing.The orientation at check-in was also very poor. Nobody explained the resort facilities, restaurant reservation system, kids’ club, or other important information. We had to discover everything ourselves, often after making mistakes. For example, we only found out before dinner that restaurant reservations were required, by which time most places were already fully booked. This could have been easily avoided with a proper introduction. In the evening when we arrived a staff member in the lobby raised his voice at me because I parked where many other cars were standing (photo attached). Apparently, the hotel operates valet parking only, but nobody informed us about this. This is not the kind of welcome you expect from a luxury resort. The beach itself is beautiful, but sunbeds become “reserved” very early in the morning. If you arrive after around 10:00 AM, it is almost impossible to find one, even though many remain empty for hours because guests reserve them and then spend their time at the pool. This is a practice I would expect at budget resorts, not at a premium property. There are also a lot of flies on the beach, especially when there is no wind, making it difficult to relax outside the water. The food was acceptable but not particularly diverse. Breakfast, in particular, felt more like a standard cafeteria than a luxury resort dining experience. The rooms are comfortable, but there are not enough electrical outlets, so bringing a multi-port charger is a good idea. The booking process was frustrating. Although my credit card was already linked to my Booking.com reservation, the hotel called me multiple times while I was roaming internationally, saying the reservation would be cancelled unless I provided payment details. Eventually, I simply selected “Pay Now” in the Booking.com app using the same card already attached to the booking, and the payment went through immediately.
