The owner should seriously think how make an apartment clean and start taking care- over wise after several tenants the
1.0Parking, Overall building
− Apartment was overused- everything looks like thousands of people lived there w/p any maintenance. Dirty, Cockroaches, stains on the bed and other furniture. After the rain the parking gate was blocked due to no electricity and the was a risk to be late on the plane- lucky me I found where and how to switch on the electricity. Was invisible to sleep well due to the bad sound isolation and always somebody drinking alcohol and taking the whole night.

6.0The apartment is in a great location, and the management team is very polite—they reply to emails quickly.
− When we arrived at the apartment, we were disappointed to find that it had not been properly cleaned. For example, the shower still had shampoo and soap left behind by the previous guests, and we found hairs in the beds. The towels were stored inside the wardrobe, and we couldn't be sure they were clean, so we washed them ourselves before using them. On the positive side, customer support was very responsive—they replied to our email almost immediately and sent someone to the apartment within 30 minutes. The person who came was polite, but unfortunately did not appear to be a professional cleaner. He didn’t bring fresh linens and only removed the leftover toiletries. This is simply honest feedback. For an apartment priced at over €100 per night, the level of cleanliness upon arrival was not acceptable.
