A True Vacation
10.0This hotel is an escape into the Andes mountains. Absolutely beautiful lodging and property. The customer service is friendly and comprehensive. The dinner was one of the best I had on my trip to Argentina and the breakfast was also excellent. Although it is a bit of a hike to get to. It’s so worth it.

6.0O lugar é lindo, porém chegando lá, não tem almoço no hotel de segunda-feira, obrigando a sair para almoçar, pegamos quarto com banheira, mas devido ao frio não era possível utilizar a banheira pois o aquecedor solar não suportava encher.

10.0A experiência no hotel foi muito boa, a equipe presta um atendimento excelente, porém o hotel tem alguns pontos de melhoria, como por exemplo, ter uma tv no quarto, o frigobar não fica abastecido o que pra um local totalmente isolado faz falta, um serviço de quarto também seria adequado. Senti falta também de atividades.

8.0Tínhamos uma expectativa muito alta e ficamos decepcionados. Nosso voo cancelou em Buenos Aires e atrasamos para chegar ao hotel, fomos recebidos por um menino muito atencioso e gentil, até aí estava tudo ótimo! Mas no outro dia nosso quarto ficou sem água. Passamos a noite toda sem chuveiro, descarga no vaso, nada. E não fizeram nada para resolver no dia, no outro dia pela manhã com insistência minha cederam outro quarto para que tomássemos banho. Mas nem um pedido de desculpas foi feito! Não voltaremos.
