I have already reported my experience in a long message to you . I hope I get some response .
1.0The breakfast was included in our package but it was so average . The omelette was too chewy and oily , did not had anything else and nothing on the buffet looked inviting .
− There were a series of things that contributed in cutting our stay short . We paid for our entire stay at the time of check in, i.e., five nights and within few hours of our stay realized it’s not what they advertised. The pool was so tiny , the service was very bad.. we were made to pay even for an extra water bottle . We were only given 2 bottles of water for the 3 of us for an entire day. To top it off, they charged us for the extra mattress, 2500 INR per night . This after acknowledging the stay is for 3 adults at the time of booking, during check in , and even for breakfast . We checked out after the second night and no refund or partial refund was initiated or even talked about . They even sent me a legal notice on WhatsApp asking to pay for the mattress for the second night in a threading tone stating “Make a wise choice Nidhi”. Maybe the place is run by a bunch of goons . The staff had no interest in resolving the matter , maybe they had no control over it and despite repeated attempts we could not converse with a senior member who had some authority . Pathetic service.
Great and excellent stay
8.0We had a great stay at the resort. Family friendly , very cooperative staff was a great experience. Right on the beach very near to Moorjhim Beach and Turtle Beach. Excellent and comfortable stay
− The prices were in the higher side since we booked through booking.com..... since it is offseason now the pricing was bit higher. Felt that direct contact prices were much lower almost half of what we paid
Worst..!! No value for money
1.0Property is good but facilities are very worst.. no proper water and harsh reception people..!! Not at all recommend to anyone.. Ford is very very costly compared to quality..! Worst staff
− No proper water facilities in room.. check out time is 11 but since 9am no water in all rooms, still reception guys asking us to checkout at time.. we asked for water they disconnected the call.. worst behaviour..!!

10.0The staff was extremely helpful. I stayed with my parents, who are senior citizens, and they had several requests. Considering their age, the staff always ensured that these requests were handled with top priority.

2.0Beach access and staff were helpfull.
− Maargit Beach Resort is an average hotel that feels overhyped. The room itself was good and spacious; however, the bedding was torn and we even noticed a cockroach, which was disappointing. The swimming pool felt makeshift and there was no separate children’s pool. The food was decent, but the dessert options were very limited. Because of this, we ended up spending most of our time at Sand N Tan Resort, which is right next door. They allow guests to use their facilities if you spend over ₹2000 at their restaurant, which we did. Eventually, we spent almost the entire day there and only returned to Maargit to sleep. I would highly recommend Sand N Tan Resort over Maargit in terms of overall experience and amenities. At check-in, we were informed that checkout time could be extended by paying extra. However, later this was denied, and we were told it was not possible. Since our return journey was in the evening and checkout was strictly at 12 noon, we had to arrange a temporary hotel, which was inconvenient. The staff was polite and helpful, but overall, I did not feel the resort was worth the money. There are many better resorts nearby offering better value. Even on New Year’s Eve, the vibe was quite normal and dull, and most guests preferred to spend time outside the resort rather than within it. The first impression itself made us consider shortening our stay, but since there was no refund or cancellation option, we had no choice but to continue—which is understandable as per policy. Overall, an average experience that did not live up to expectations.
