2.0− Our stay in Tree of Life hotel was the most disappointing for me and my friends. It looks nice on the photos but the place itself looks very old, tired and worn out. We had many problems from the beginning. They had very noisy guests playing music all night and the staff didn't do anything about it. One of their guests completely drunk could get into my friend's room with their key 2 times during the night and after that we realised that all the keys are the same for every room so there is no safety at all at that place!!! After lots of arguing they promissed us 20% off for any service for that incident including food and spa. But in the end they didn't discount the spa and when we were paying the food bills they tried to cheat us twice!! It is the most overpriced hotel I've stayed in, as the rooms look super old and some of them are so humid and moldy that it is impossible to sleep there. Literally on the next day all your clothes are damp and have terrible moldy smell. It is very dangerous for your health! The receptionists are super unprofessional and uneducated people. I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone.
Overall Loved it!
9.0Teji was our host and was very attentive to our needs and helped us feel taken care of from the moment we got to the property. His staff was also amazing and active in trying to make us feel comfortable and curating our experience. We had a special Greek meal prepared for our Greek friend, the local food preparations were excellent as well. Highly recommend this stay!
