10.0Most friendly staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in. From the time we checked in until we sadly checked out the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful. Mathilda in the restaurant was so helpful with not only breakfast but also great suggestions on places to visit in Bordeaux.The hotel is located across the street from a mall and a Tram station. So easy to get anywhere in Bordeaux from this hotel. Would love to stay here again.

10.0Don’t let the dingy exterior of the hotel fool you. Inside, the decor, the service and the comfortable guest suites all deliver. Great location with easy convenience to public transport and short walk to beautiful Bordeaux center.
