Absolutely disgusting place filthy avoid at all costs

I wouldn’t even give this property 1 star! Absolute joke! Arrived and the bedding hadn’t been changed they’re were dirty eyelashes on my bedroom floor, pee in the toilet not flushed! Pubic hair all over the bed not seen a hoover in months! Absolutely filthy! I called and they said no other rooms available so will clean it in the morning I slept in a chair all night! Second night after coming back from work to clean bedding but still not cleaned the room woke up covered in bites! Turns out the whole room was infested in bed bugs! Have videos upon videos of them crawling about in the bed! Still would not move me or refund me! Another night sat up in a chair! The next morning I decided to take myself home I couldn’t take it any more second night also set off fire alarms at 11.45pm couldn’t get back in the building til gone 1am! Full of what I would only call drug addicts I’m not sure if they’re using it as a half way house also or what but it’s absolutely filthy! Missed a weeks pay as couldn’t get a refund straight away for alternative accommodation had to throw away all tools and belongings due to the bugs and have also had to have my own home bombed just in case I carried them back honestly the WORST experience of my life! To top it off the lady who called from the hotel was very very rude about the whole situation

Very clean and tidy throughout the room and communal area. TV in room with netflix. WiFi was fast. The room came with a fan. Free parking.

− No staff onsite. Self digitalised check in and security. Although I like the modern security I wish there was a physical lock on the bedroom door. I don't fully trust the digital code door so I was kind of anxious as I was staying alone (lone female). In the end I pushed my umbrella under the door to feel a bit more secure

The room was good,

− I received no info by email on how to get into the property. The video doorbell did not work. I found a helpline phone number in an email and called it. The person spoke English with such a thick accent that I struggled to understand them. They explained how to put the code in and we must have tried it 20-30 times. He even got another guest to drive back to the property but they then had the same problem. I insisted that the code was correct (I could hear the lock motor whirring to unlock it) but that the lock must be broken or the door must have a second lock on it. He would not listen and was adamant that I was putting the code in wrong. After at least 15mins of this a guest inside was also stuck - they could not unlock the door from the inside - so 3 of us were stuck at the same door (2 outside, 1 inside). Eventually the lock worked from the inside and we got in, wedging the door with a fire extinguisher. Later that night a maintenance chap attended and taped the door lock to stop it locking. The next morning it was fixed. Also that night there was a power cut which set off all the burglar alarms in the street, including this building's fire alarm -so we had to evacuate. A power cut should not be activating the alarm immediately like this - alarms are meant to have a back up battery to stop this. There was only 1 shared bathroom (downstairs) for a dozen rooms (although some have their own bathroom). The shower was completely cold throughout, despite running it for several minutes.
