10.0距離輕軌列車花畑町很近，酒店樓下已經有一間便利店，附近是商店街，購物與買宵夜回酒店都很方便，要吃水果樓下就有一間開到12點的蘋果店，酒店房間很大，最驚喜的是在房內有按摩椅，鄰近熊本城大概10分鐘的路程就會去到，早上的自助早餐亦很不錯，下次到熊本有機會會再入住。
悪い面が目立った
8.0飲み屋街に至近の立地なので飲食には便利だがそのぶん周辺がうるさい。夜遅くまで騒ぐ声が聞こえる。また清掃が行き届いておらず、床に粒状のトリートメント（おそらくロビーにて自分で取るアメニティ）が、またソファ下にはコーラのペットボトルキャップが落ちていた。ファシリティは新しく、バストイレ別なのは高評価なので残念。もっとも、立地優先で多少の騒音は気にしない人には何ら問題ないと思う。
