− Eliminated some of the amenities. The bar is no longer open. Also, the property is starting to show wear and tear. Needs an update.

− Very strong smell throughout the property, air fresheners but very overwhelming.
Casinos horrible service over shadowed our trip and left us more than disappointed
2.0The hotel welcomed us and delivered beyond expectations. Watching races from our window was a nice bonus for our rare getaways.
− It was my first trip to the casino and the treatment by Casino employees was horrible. I have travelled to many casinos and i can not recommend this one to anyone. The hotel/inn and race track were exceptional! The casino was lower than any others. It was such a huge disappointment. We are busy and rarely get time away and to have this be our "date night" was horrible. I would be ashamed of the management team at the casino. I felt targeted and bullied on what should have been a relaxing fun date night. Thanks for ruining our get away!
DISGUSTING

− Everything in my room was dirty and disgusting. Chair had food on it. The elevator was broken. There was mold in our bathroom. When we asked for a different room we were denied. When we asked for a refund, we were also denied. We were told that maintenance would be alerted, but we would be gone by the time that maintenance would come by.
