2.0STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BOOKING THIS PLACE!! This was the most terrible and stressful travel experience of my lifetime and almost ruined my entire holiday. It cost me 1000 euro overall to book alternative accomodation after this place screwed me over at the last possible minute. This place contacted me on WhatsApp (not booking.com where they should have contacted me) the day I was flying out to London to tell me that my booking was cancelled due to an overbooking issue from the previous hotel owners apparently, and that they weren't going to accommodate me or set me up anywhere else even though this was an issue entirely of their making. I was going to see Stray Kids perform at Spurs stadium and had booked this place as soon as they announced the dates ie.before the concert tickets had even gone on sale, nearly a year before I had to be in this place and they contacted me the day I was flying out about this and only outside of booking.com. Given I had booked so far in advance I couldn't understand how my booking could be cancelled..Probably because they could hike the prices once they realised what was happening in the area that weekend and took a booking with a more jacked up price instead ... They refused to tell booking.com that they had overbooked and refused to pay me back the money I had paid for this stay. I lost all money paid and had to shell out 850e for a last minute hotel way outside where I needed to be which booking com would not cover either. My telling them they had 'left me in the sh*t' constituted me bullying them and they told booking.com that's why they cancelled even though the only reason they had rang me in the first place was to tell me not to come because my booking was cancelled. Appalling place, seriously, do not waste your money and mental sanity on this place. Disgusting people, impossible to deal with and dire experience.

10.0Everytime I come to London I always pick paragraph as it has really easy access, we can always contact the owners at any time and they will always answer and solve any issues. Always clean you will not regret booking here

8.0Great location for Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Parking if get there in good time. Comfortable room with en suite showe/toilet
− WiFi password didn't work. No instructions for tv and difficult to work out how to use.
