8.0When I was confused or had a question, host was instantly available and helpful.
− The system of getting and returning keys and parking passes was not intuitive. Got too many emails, and that wound up being confusing. Had to scroll forever to find the number or code or specific info I needed. Finally wrote important things on a scrap of paper and put it in my pocket. And I did download the app. Chalk it up to my age?
