− Nichts. Das Hotel war geschlossen. Nur ein Zettel mit einer Telefonnummer vom Intercity Hotel, das jedoch die Booking Buchung nicht verwalten kann. Vorher gab es keine Information, dass das Hotel geschlossen ist. Auch nicht von Booking. Es gab sogar noch Emails vom Hotel zum Online Checkin. Der Betreiber des Hotels ist wohl insolvent. Booking sollte solche Hotels nicht anbieten. Der Service von Booking war nicht hilfreich. ...Sie müssen jetzt 30-45 Min warten ob sich jemand vom Hotel meldet. Erst dann kann kostenlos storniert werden. Die Bestätigungsemail zur Stornierung habe ich dann am nächsten Tag erhalten.
