10.0The property area is very clean and private. I love waking up to a gorgeous bay view. I woke up early to watch the sunrise, then wait for the sunset at the beach side, it was breathtaking! Terry was very easy to contact and did his best to answer all my questions. My teenage son enjoyed fishing at the dock. Prime location! Easy walk to the beach, to bars and restaurants.

10.0Excellent location in Bradenton Beach. Views of the bay and short walk to the Gulf. Home was very clean with up to date appliances. The two showers were always at a perfect pressure and temperature. Host provided bath and beach towels as well as beach chairs. The pool was nice to take a dip after time at the beach and later evenings. Host was very helpful and responsive. We had everything we needed and felt right at home.
