− The guy at the reception had weird vibes. We arrived around 3:35, and he wouldn't let us in because he needed the rooms to be ventilated, and it wasn't 4 pm yet. When I asked when he cleaned the room, he said around 12pm I asked if 25 minutes would make a difference, and he started talking about the rules, saying that people would also complain if it wasn't ventilated enough. So, I told him I would come back at 4 pm. He suddenly let us check in. I just didn't understand what the feud is all about.

7.0The rooms are very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the showers were warm and spacious.
− The heating in the room hadn't been turned on yet so there were heating pads on the beds to keep us warm enough which was a little awkward. The first room I got a key for smelled like cigarette smoke, so I requested another room which was obliged.
