9.0A cama é muito confortável, a limpeza é adequada, o café da manhã é bom.
− Não gostei dos corredores que ficam à noite com as luzes apagadas e estas acendem com o sensor, as vezes ao esperar o elevador elas desligam e demoram a acender, mesmo se movimentando para ativar o sensor.

− Para tomar café com leite,precisa usar uma maquina das tres corações,aonde a bebida sai pronta,mas horrível,tive que ir a uma padaria tomar. Tinha uma delegação do Sao Paulo no Hotel, e acho q priorizavam os atendimentos a eles,deixando os hóspedes de lado.O jantar so podia ser servido no quarto,pq o salão era para a delegação.O horário do jantar era das 18:30 até cas 21:30.Chegamos as 21 horas,e ja tinham tirado tudo,pq tinham q preparar lanche para s delegação.Faziam tudo,se desdobravam para eles, até ovos mexidos levaram na mesa individualmente para alguns.Achei tb a reposição dos alimentos muito demorada.
