4.0No lo recomiendo – Mala experiencia en general Mi estancia en esta hacienda en Cuatrociénegas fue decepcionante. Solicité una plancha para ropa y nunca recibí confirmación ni respuesta, por lo que tuve que prescindir de ella. El baño tenía la luz fundida, lo que nos obligó a usarlo completamente a oscuras. Además, no salía agua caliente, lo cual es un problema serio para cualquier hospedaje. Éramos cinco personas y no había almohadas suficientes para todos, algo básico que se espera cuando se reserva para ese número de huéspedes. Lo más preocupante fue encontrar más de 15 insectos muertos (entre grillos y cucarachas) en el piso de la habitación. Esto genera desconfianza sobre la limpieza general del lugar, incluyendo sábanas, toallas y almohadas. No vale la pena en relación costo-beneficio. Hay mejores opciones en la zona por el mismo precio o incluso menos.
