10.0Eramos las únicas en el hotel, Está super bien cuidado, la Atención muy buena. El único Tema que no me gustó es que lo pagué con desayuno incluido y cuando llego, me salen con que como solo habíamos dos personas en todo el hotel, no habían preparado las cosas para hacernos de desayunar.

8.0La casa está impecable, las habitaciones y áreas comunes están en perfectas condiciones, el diseño y decoración merece un 10. El único tema es que no es un hotel como tal, no hay comida ni bebida, tienes que traer o pedirla. Solo hay desayuno, muy bueno, por cierto. Nunca nos hicieron la habitación, lo cual fue extraño. El personal sumamente amable y servicial.
Stay away....Hotel rented my room after I had been confirmed!
1.0− terrible customer service. I had booked the hotel and was confirmed. Regardless, I followed up through their chat to make sure my accommodations would be ready with no response. I got to the hotel and my room had been rented to another person. Needless to say, I was very frightened to be in a location I did not know and not have a place to stay due to their incompetence.
