2.0They refused us a room once we got there and we had to wait several hours in the car with kids for a refund horrible experience

2.0While the room itself was what we paid for, no ironing board or iron, refrigerator didn't work, AC not even cool air, it was hot and humid out 75 felt like 90 outside and fan like air wasn't cutting it. The area of town I didn't feel safe. The guy staying in room next door had a lot of traffic as in pretty sure was selling drugs. Staff that checked us in when finally came to window was nice and pleasant, the staff when checking out looked asleep and was 930am was grumpy and rude. If had to do it all over again id sleep in my car.

6.0If you stay here be prepared to bring anything you need with you. No lamp, no clock, no shampoo, etc. provided. No access to management either. Door is locked so you can't get in to talk to anyone. There is a bell and a little window but if someone responds to the bell you can't hear anything said do to the very noisy traffic right there. It was clean
