9.0The atmosphere, amenities, cleanliness were all wonderful. The lobby and bar were fun and welcoming. Loved the design and the rooms were large.

Nice hotel in Ginza that felt like a budget hotel but being on a pricey side
8.0The property was well located, near a long street of restaurants and near main attractions in Ginza. It had a modern vibe. The rooms were small but very functional, good shower, all necessary amenities and toiletries provided.
− The breakfast was advertised as Italian but not really. Breakfast had a few options but not very well cooked. Specialty coffees at an extra charge. Staff were nice but cold and not very welcoming.
