10.0The hotel room was large and included a full kitchen. We had a great view and there were plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance. The staff was also very friendly.

4.0Outdated! Linens and towels are clean but old and outdated. Bathroom shower was leaking, unable to fix despite multiple calls and visits to the front desk. Breakfast buffet with very limited variety, subpar. Customer service is good.

8.0The interesting part was that it is an apartment hotel and they serve breakfast. Although simple it is complete. I only get fruit and an omelet, some coffee and juice. And these are fine. there is even more available. The apartment for me was actually a large hotel room with a full kitchen including large fridge, micro wave and a 4 burner stove with oven. To much for me but I loved the fridge with freezer. The people are very helpfull and friendly. There was a large TV, worked fine. Only not the satellite box, that did not work. I asked the reception three times, over three days, to repair it but nothing happened. Pitty. There is a small grocery shop very nearby. If you want to go out for dinner, get a taxi, ask at the reception. Or order delivery food at Talabat.

10.0The hotel was overall great The only negative comment I can say is that the cleaners were only clearing the trash cans unless instructed to do more.
