− The staff attitude. Careless room service.reception was rude and not professional. They asked to get the towels from reception. The reception lady was rude to us. We were family and they ruined our vacation

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were very satisfied with the hotel. The staff, cleanliness, and facilities were
9.0− We only have two small suggestions for improvement. The bathroom sink was installed quite high, making it uncomfortable to use. Also, providing paper cups in the room does not feel consistent with the quality and standard of the hotel. Reusable glass cups would better match the overall experience.
