8.0The property was nice and in a great location for walking. The surrounding area was a little run down… The point of contact by the name of Jim was rude but we didn’t have any use for him after we arrived at the location. On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. This was uncomfortable for us as we had to drive six hours to the location. I called Jim in the early am and was texted back that it was early and that I’d receive the code later that day. I explained (texted) my concern and received no response…then when we got to the property, we wanted to ensure that we were parking in the correct location, called Jim and asked and was treated very rudely. So, won’t be going back to that lovely location. Other than Jim’s rudeness, everything was fine but rudeness turns me off quickly!
