Quirky, comfortable cottage with all you need
10.0Spent one night as part of a short break in the area. Was a very different site with camping and caravan facilities but we booked the excellent cottage with it's own huge bathroom and really comfortable bedroom. Set in lovely grounds, there's plenty of space for parking. The hosts are super friendly and go above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. It's also really easy to find.
− If you want hotel chain standards this is not for you. For a stay in the area it's perfect, quiet, a little quirky but really comfortable.

10.0Very peaceful site with mature landscaping and the lake. We were walking the coastal path and travelling light, so we appreciated the help with some extra bedding and towels in our eco pod
− I didn't work out how to switch off the light outside the eco pod. Was there a handy switch for it in the eco pod ?
