An ideal stay in Wanchai
10.0As our fourth time staying at Aki, we had a great stay. The location is close to great eateries and cafes. Easily accessible to all modes of transportation, streetcars are our favourite. The hotel is a serene space in such a bustling city. We’ve stayed in various room types and this time we were upgraded to the tatami room, but in our opinion all the room types are cleverly designed and well maintained. Above all, the service was warm and accommodating, shoutout to Filbert, Marco, and Kyle for making our stay amazing from the moment we reached reception.

10.0I made a last minute plan to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the AKI team supported me seamlessly and professionally. We ordered slow cooked chicken and french fries for in room dinning and it was surprisingly yummy! My husband was happy and I was proud! Thank you AKI team including but not only Filbert, Cooper and Vanessa. It was an absolutely amazing experience. Highly recommended!
