6.0The location was the main reason I booked this hotel. I do not normally stay in a Tru. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
− So, I thought the hotel room/bathroom would be immaculate because the lobby smelled clean and looked great! Get up to the room, there was a roach in the hallway and a roach in our bathroom. The corners of the bathroom were dirty. Never stayed in a room with NO MICROWAVE and the fridge was far too small to even put our leftovers in. We as a family are used to a certain caliber of room traveling with 2 kids and this was not acceptable. No vending machine, ice machine on the 1st floor smh. Never will stay here again.
