Everything was as expected, overall very nice hotel

A great night of sleep before our fun-filled day at Tanganyika Wildlife Park!

Didn’t have one but they took my hotel money.
1.0I booked with booking.com- paid at time of booking and messaged the property at the time of booking it stated 4 rooms remaining- I arrived at the time listed in my message to find out that I had NO room. They were overbooked and didn’t have ANY room. 930pm with a 5 year old have to figure out where I am supposed to stay out money and a room far from home exhausted and nowhere to go and out money.
