9.0The couple running the hotel were very warm and friendly. The hotel has a really nice style to it. Our room was more stylish than we expected.

10.0The best thing about the property is the staff and vibe. Frustratingly booked this place on my last visit to Plymouth whilst attending my daughter’s graduation. The decor is lovely and they serve proper barista coffee and high quality product breakfast. My husband and I are quite picky and this place was just fabulous for us. Bed linen and pillows super comfy. You could tell the owners have not scrimped on setting up the property.
− Nit picking here, but like most UK properties, no air-con and the bed is a bit small as we are used to KS bed
