10.0The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. They price was fantastic and I see us staying at the Charles more frequently!

2.0Horrible experience. Counted 12 Roaches in first room. Moved to another room and had 4 under bed and Huge black widow behind pedestal sink. Was hard to kill because it was very fast to move out. Unfortunately will not be staying here again. I would not recommend
