2.0Terrible service would not pay us back OUR money that we paid for a hotel room that we did not stay at we came to Ciudad Juárez for a few weeks and unsure of what day my visa would arrive so we paid one more extra day and instead of paying us back our money or giving us any breakfast for the breakfast either for our flight back for the service that we paid for, even bugs on toilet paper their only excuse is that they don’t give your money back when you pay online terrible attitude terrible service overall I’m very upset stress on top of stress
