9.0A distinctive hotel offering an experience unlike any other, with many standout features including its location, cleanliness, spaciousness, luxury and comfort; it is very well suited to families. However, there is one important aspect that the hotel management should take note of and work to improve: "customer service". The staff are fine, but they are not up to the standard expected of such a hotel; they lack a little in professionalism, particularly in terms of their manner and the speed with which they respond to requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend it.

10.0This accommodation was absolutely beautiful..it had everything you needed including a washing machine which was great Osman at front desk was very professional and also Ahmed and the other porter were great at taking our bags with ease ..everyone there was lovely Highlight of our stay in Istanbul
− It was a little far away from tram etc but still only a short walk from Taksim square

9.0الصراحةالمكان سكنت فيه 4 مرات قريب من كل شي ونظيف المكان واسع عكس الفنادق الموجودة في المنطقة تكون مساحتها جدا صغيرةالموظفين خدومين وخاصة احمد وسمية
