9.0It’s very convenient for skiing, as it offers true ski-in, ski-out access.
− There is only one restroom, and the room is too small to accommodate five adults comfortably.
Amazing place, highly recommend.
10.0Location was excellent, and the breakfasts were VERY good. The room was spacious and had a great view of the mountain.
− The rooms need drinking glasses in them and tea towels. The coffee machine in the cafe needs to be turned on every morning so you can get a barista coffee at breakfast - we would have bought alot more of those if it were an option every day.

10.0Staffs’ hospitality is truly amazing, they are so helpful as my first time in HAKUBA. The hotel is private enough, at the same time, the entrance of the hotel is fairly accessible as getting cold at night.
− Breakfast was salty. I just had fruit, milk and orange juice.
