− Only request to provide slightly better mattress but still won't say too bad. Rest all were great.
Great Location
8.0Location: whilst on a bit of a thoroughfare between city centre and docks/universitiy, it was ideal for access to many of the city's amenities. Cleanliness, recently decorated, parking. Dish washer. Julie in the office was very helpful.
− A little corporate, i.e.,you felt all their apartments are decorated to the same basic plan. It was white and clean. No instructions for any appliances. No live TV apart from through BBC iPlayer ( so no rugby World Cup 😢). All the TV information was in Russian. Basic equipment in kitchen with cheap cutlery. Cooking carbonara, I had no collander, wooden spoons or mixing bowl....

8.0Comfortable bed and great location for Ipswich Harbour and Jerwood Dance. Excellent communication with the host, who was very helpful. Our missing towels were sent within an hour of arrival.
− It was rather noisy at night time with the bedroom being at the front of the property near the road and town centre.
Home away from Home
10.0Clean and felt very home like, the owner messaged to make sure everything was ok, before during and after. It was 5 minutes away from the water front which had lovely bars and literally bang in the center. I was surprised about how little traffic noise you could hear inside with it being so central. I would definitely recommend it.
− The only thing we didn't like was that there were a couple of occasions in the night where people were knocking and trying the door which would have terrified me if I was alone. But you expect a few drunks being so close to the town center on a weekend.
