לא נחזור ולא נמליץ לשהות במלון
2.0הנוף מדהים והוילה היתה מרווחת ונעימה
− הצוות במלון לא ערוך לקבל אורחים. מכריחים את כל אורחי המלון לאכול ארוחת בוקר כשרה במסעדה הכשרה שלמלון יש חדר אוכל מפנק ומרשים עם ארוחת בוקר סטנדרטית ברמה טובה שאפשר להזמין בתשלום קפה מכונה. במסעדה הכשרה אין חלב, אפשר לשתות רק קפה פילטר, האוכל דל ולא מגוון אין חלב לדגני הבוקר של הילדים או קינוחים וברוב המקרים האוכל היה יחסית קר. לא היה צוות בלובי שיפעיל את הבר ואחרי שביקשנו לשתות קפה הזעיקו מישהו לבר אבל מסתבר שלא היה חלב והינו צריכים לנסוע לעיירה לשתות קפה. לא הפעילו מזגן בלובי, היה חם וחנוק. במלון שמיועד למשפחות עם ילדים יש בריכה אחת בתוך הספא. לא נתנו לילדים להנות וכל רגע נכנסו להעיר להם, שבכל אזור הבריכה היו רק 2 משפחות. צוות המלון היה אטום לתלונות.

10.0The hotel’s design and view were absolutely amazing! The breakfast was diverse and so delicious. It has kosher restaurant for those who want. You’ll get free access to the diamond bridge and hotel’s spa (which includes swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas). Nino, the spa manager was so kind and helpful, and hers spa is the perfect place to relax in your trip. We really enjoyed the place and are definitely going to come back!
− If you are 3 adults it would be little an issue because of the third folding bed.

8.0New and clean hotel
− The hotel's website says the season starts in May and all the attractions are open. We were there at the end of June, the hotel was empty, the cable bicycle wasn't working, and the canyon descent was closed.
