10.0Great stay! The property was clean and exactly what we needed! Super close to fun shops, eating and activities in North Vancouver. Close drive and great transit options to downtown Vancouver! Definitely recommend!

8.0Nice basement unit apartment. Some mold on the bottom of shower curtains and corner of bathtub, and no towel rack available but coat hanger on back of bathroom door used instead. No bad smells or noticable dirt otherwise. Stairs to entryway somewhat steep but there are rubber grip mats and handrail nearby. Used the clothes washer and dryer once, good results. Appreciated the plate of treats and coffee mix.

8.0It was very close to the downtown area and many of the tourist attractions. The landlord was friendly and accommodating. He even gave us a small parting gift which was very nice of him. I would definitely stay there again if I ever come to Vancouver in the future.

2.0SCAM - AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!!! After a long drive, we arrived at the location to discover that the rental is a basement with one room, although presented on Expedia as a whole house. You have to walk around the house on a small dark pathway to get to stairs below floor level. Since we didn’t get any instructions from the owner by email, we just knocked on the main door of the house. After 20 minutes, someone finally opens the door and take us to the back of the house (we would have never found it by ourselves) and since he is not the owner - as he says in a very broken English— he doesn’t have the code to let us in. We waited until this could be figured out by him, and when he couldn’t, he told us the owner would cancel the reservation since we were not able to enter the unit. Which HE DIDN’T. We got charged the full amount. We had to book another rental for the night. If I could, I would give it zero stars. This is NOT a way to treat travelers.
