− Zero customer service. Bellman made us take our own luggage to our room. Half the time no front desk person. Really bad considering the cost of this property. Location was downtown but sadly very loud from street noise. I won’t stay here ever again.
Lovely hotel!
10.0Beautiful building close to the convention center and other 'main attractions' in downtown SLC. Staff was exceedingly friendly, rooms were clean and aesthetically pleasing (not to mention comfy!), and the amenities were outstanding. The hotel helped me celebrate my birthday which was very unexpected and very much appreciated :) Would stay here again in a heartbeat if visiting SLC!
