− The hotel didn't provide me with any room. They didn't have any information regarding booking and they insisted to shift me to some other location and they didn't even even my amount.

4.0I checked in 11 pm at night,as per hotel display or written in menu 24 hours check out time but they inform me that we will provide only till 12 pm what I s this really disappointed.only 12 hours stay what is this.
