Broken check-in process, lack of security of personal details, poor staff manners + unresponsiveness
7.0The hotel (as in building and rooms) is fine, but the support, staff and experience is very poor.
− Check-in: The check-in terminal (unattended) is supposed to give out room access cards after coding them to open the assigned room. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it checked me in, but didn't provide the card and didn't display any errors. I called the number provided "in case of check-in errors" and the person on the phone said this machine is likely to be out of room access cards. That person instructed me to walk over to the reception desk's computer, which was completely unlocked with no password and a TeamViewer (remote access) client was connected. I watched that person access the hotel management system to code my card. If I wanted to, I could disconnect them and happily browse data of the hotel's guests and more. I'm sorry but that approach to security of a system that holds personal details and more does not meet ANY standards, much less in Switzerland. When I commented on this to the person on the phone, they said "Yeah, I told them multiple times and they didn't do anything". Since you ignore your own employees, perhaps your potential guests should be warned this is how you treat their details. Staff and responsiveness: This all contributed to over half an hour delay in checking-in and I was there with a small child. When in the morning, I called the same number to ask for a later checkout due to this (because they did not respond to messages on booking.com), some dude answered with "Yeah?", spoke no English and was pretty unfriendly. Such manners may be suitable in a third-world country but shouldn't be tolerated here.

10.0The hotel is very comfortable. What really impressed me was the staff. Every member of staff I met and spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The hotel management team were exception and nothing was too much trouble.
