7.0The facility and the rooms were nice. It was clean, and nothing was broken. The location was very good and close to many activities and places. The pool and spa were very clean and well-kept. The staff was kind.
− We have stayed in different places in Valle de Guadalupe. Other places had a professional team at the desk and offered more thorough concierge services. Though the rooms and facilities were nice, it felt as if I was at an Airbnb. For the price point, I expected a little more pampering. We were in bungalow #1, and the bed in the smaller space squeaked a lot. The towel service was inconsistent (you wouldn't consistently get the same necessary towels or robe). The food area needs to offer cups, plates, and utensils. There needs to be more sitting and socializing spaces in the room.

7.0La tranquilidad limpio exelente lugar Solo que no servía el jacuzzi y hable y dijieron que si estaba en servicio la fogata por usarla tenía cargo extra no se porque si no avia nadie en lo 4 días que estuve ahí y toallas me dejaron 2 días pero ahi en fuera cómodo.. 😐
− El jacuzzi no estábamos disponible y siguen cuando hablé si... La fogata cargo extra y no se porqué si no avia nadie en los 4 días que estuve y si hubiera más toallas para la alberca porqué 2 días me dejaron sin ellas

− Manejan publicidad engañosa ya que no cuenta con todas las amenidades que publican y no me fue notificado q el.jacuzzi estaba fuera de servicio y esa fue la razón por la que lo rente para poder utilizarlo
