10.0The Staff was just one person when we were there and she was brilliant. She ran ar3and did everything for us, even sorting an early breakfast and taxi to the station on our last day

10.0簡單卻又很溫馨的飯店，房間乾淨、空間大小適中，很注重無障礙設施，且對於有小孩同行的也是很友善。地點靠近摩周湖，且開車前往小鎮僅五分鐘車程，方便採買及用餐，值得推薦的住宿！
Very comfortable
10.0This is a wonderful small hotel just outside the national park and a perfect low key place to stay. Nice large rooms were warm and comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating and it felt very relaxing. Highly recommend for those not wanting “fancy”.

10.0出張で利用。福祉系の施設を転用してるせいか部屋が広い。浴室も広く快適。清掃は行き届いている。 周りに何もないが車があれば特に問題なし。弟子屈の市街まで5分程度で着く。

6.0空調が床暖房しか無く、ボイラーの温度を上げて貰ったが、余り効かなく寒かった。

10.0仕事で宿泊させて頂きました。 自然豊かな場所でとても落ち着くホテルです。 スタッフの対応も良く快適な滞在をすることが出来ました。
