I would definitely stay again here.
9.0I had a brief but very warm stay at Zeyn Otel. The thing I highlight the most is the kindness of the staff: Nurbek received me, gave me local recommendations and was very nice. The other guy Agabe (don't know how to spell it right) was very nice as well, assisting me with the baggage in the stairs and offering a hot drink while waiting for a taxi. I found the location very good, close to restaurants but no so crowded, and 10 minutes away from a tramway station. There are steep streets though so beware if you aren't very young. The breakfast was excellent, Turkish style, lot of options. The staff in the kitchen was also very nice. The room was also very good and clean. Ideal to just spend the night in the hotel.
− The only thing that was not good was that the shower of my room had a small issue and was not fully fixed to the tube. I let the staff know before I left and they said they were sorry and were gonna fix it that same day.
Everything was great! The breakfast was decent and living conditions were good as well
