− They simple gave our room to somebody else. We got there about 1 o'clock in the morning to find out that we didn't have the room we booked for. It was really stressful for us. We were tired, my son cried of exhaust, to be told they were relocating us to another hotel. The receptionist was the worse, he didn't talk to us he kept calling people on the phone, we couldn't understand what he was saying because the language barrier, we asked him many time what was going on, after we realised they didn't have a room for us, he just said there's another hotel with the same price 2 minutes walking for us, we said to him we couldn't walk because we were extremely tired and had the luggage to carry so he decided to pay for our taxi, the journey took about 10 minutes. After all this, we went to bed after 3 o'clock in the morning. The receptionist didn't even apologised to us.

10.0Удобная локация Быстрый трансфер Чистые номера Вежливый дружелюбный персонал( в том числе русско-говорящий парень просто красавчегггг💪🙏) Хороший завтрак( турецкий;) Мы заселись поздно -заказали номер в ужин-привезли через 15 минут. После выезда с отеля мы обнаружили,что оставили телефон в отеле. После обращения в о ель нам его быстро нашли и отправили на такси в аэропорт оперативно. Спасибо большое! Всем рекомендую отель!

− Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont très bruyantes. La circulation ne s’arrête pas de la nuit.

3.0− The air conditioner was awful.They set it on the special degree and you can not make it cooler.we has a terrible hot night in that room.The breakfast and the coffee was awful and every little food in our plate was stale.we waited for a airport transfer alot and finally we found a person to help us.
